I’m a total nerd

who loves her patients.

Everyone has their story. That story defines who we ultimately become, how we present ourselves to the world, and how our bodies compensate or react for survival. Your story is uniquely you.

I want to hear that story.

I want to understand your experience and work to help you heal. I’m not afraid to try new things, or ask tough questions. I’m going to be real with you, sometimes a bit blunt. What can I say, it’s important to shoot it straight. I believe there is always something that can be done to help, and I’m going to try my hardest to help you achieve relief.

  • I want to empower you to trust your body’s innate ability to heal.

  • I will advocate for what is best for you.

  • I want to nerd out with you on health topics and educate you about the importance of self-care, self-esteem, and self-love. Don’t worry, I’ll provide the tea and I will be by your side each step of the way.

I work to address the root cause of your symptoms. I want to know all the details because I feel that healing involves telling your story. And I want to listen. Come share your story with me, and let’s get started in helping you become the healthy person you were always meant to be.

I graduated from the oldest naturopathic college in the United States, National University of Natural Medicine with a doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine and a master’s degree in Integrative Medicine Research. My journey to Naturopathic Medicine was an interesting one. You can read more about it here.

I’ve loved nutrition and cooking for most of my life. I was lucky enough to have encouragement to continue pressing forward in pursuing my passion when I was younger and I found myself striving to understand more. As much as I love nutrition and use it with every patient who walks through my door, I also found that during my time as a student, my passion for homeopathic and botanical medicine blossomed. I watched these gentle medicines lead to profound changes in my patients and I too found the ability to start processing some of my own internal struggles. I pursued additional education and training in biotherapeutic drainage, homeopathy and craniosacral therapy to further expand my toolbox of options for patient care. I was fortunate to be able to train under the wisdom and expertise of Dr. Amy Bader, a long-time biotherapeutic drainage practitioner and completed a three year online mentorship with Dr. Dickson Thom.
