Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Are you a primary care physician (PCP)?
In the state of Oregon, Naturopathic physicians can practice as primary care providers. The work I do is adjunctive care. I do, however, encourage my patients to have a PCP. I provide a unique approach to healthcare, one that compliments many other methods.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance which allows me the opportunity to practice the way I want. That being said, I believe all should have access to healthcare. If you want to see me and financially you are struggling? Don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a sliding scale for a small percentage of my practice in order to provide you this service.
To do this, I have established a Robin Hood Fund that allows some in my practice the opportunity to pay it forward to those financially struggling. All donating and receiving individuals’ identity is kept anonymous.
How much does it cost to come see you?
My first patient visits are 90 minutes and cost $300.
Follow-up visits are priced at $100/ 30-minutes because early follow-ups often need an hour. Once you’ve become established, follow-ups can easily become quick 30-minute check-ins.
